The team from start to finish were great, they were efficient coming out to provide the quote for the work, really explained (without being patronising!) the breakdown of the costs, built the plans exactly to our specifications (even building around existing trees we requested be kept!), stayed in communication the whole time, provided reasonable timescales which were kept to, and the price that was quoted was the price that I paid; no sneaky last minute charges or price hikes! Then the team who completed all the labour managed to rip out and take away the old decking, and place the new one that was twice the length of the original, so quickly and efficiently they must have never stopped the whole time! And what they’ve laid is clearly clean, quality and professional. The whole team were polite, punctual, efficient, and unbelievably tidy - you’d never even know they were there! I cannot thank them enough for their hard work, they’ve absolutely transformed an unusable space and it looks amazing, we love it, and intend to for years to come! We have just replaced our old wooden style decking with composite decking as supplied by Northern Decking. From the initial consultation and survey to the installation, the service and communication have been of the highest order. The installation team, comprising of Scott, Shane and Ellis were highly professional. Throughout the installation they were punctual, polite, tidy and kept us fully informed. I recently had composite decking installed by Northern Deckline Ltd, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From the initial quote to the instructions of work, everything was handled efficiently, and construction started very quickly. Daryl and (I believe) Martin or Mark were incredibly hardworking, completing the entire job in just two days. Their dedication was outstanding—they hardly took a break, even when working through terrible weather on the second day. The quality of the decking is fantastic, and their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none.
